Job Description:

Our client, a real estate brokerage with an office in Yorkville requires a Real Estate Administrator to join their team on a 20 month contract basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing deals to generate trade records
  • Answering phone calls and responding to all inquiries in a professional, friendly and courteous manner
  • Corresponding with our accounting department
  • Update the statuses of listings on TRREB
  • Organize and send out trades to realtors for signing
  • Reviewing and verifying deals and listing documents
  • Write offers and listings for residential and commercial properties
  • Book and schedule appointments
  • Handle petty cash, deposit cheques and commission cheques
  • Assist the Director of Operations in onboarding new realtors to the branch
  • Assist the Branch Manager on anything she may need
  • Coach the realtors on how to navigate TRREB and write up Offer and Listing paperwork
  • Other administrative duties

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 -5 years’ experience in the real estate industry would be an asset
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as a deal secretary in real estate would be a huge asset
  • Must have experience using Adobe, Word and Excel
  • Must have experience in TRREB
  • Experience in Authentisign and Brokerbay would be an asset
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent customer service and people skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and organizational skills
  • Independent worker and team player
  • Ability to handle a very busy, fast-paced office setting
