Job Description:

Our client, an award winning software company with offices downtown requires a Marketing Campaign Specialist to join their growing marketing team. This role requires experience using both Salesforce and Marketo. This person will manage the marketing strategy and on-going execution of all lead generation efforts for the company; with a focus on driving high quality inbound leads that convert into sales opportunities. Working closely with all cross-functional teams within the organization, this individual will test and optimize into the ideal channel mix to deliver exponential growth across North America.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead demand generation and execute our go-to-market strategy to drive awareness, interest, consideration and conversion.
  • Manage the demand generation strategy and on-going execution of our marketing efforts, with focus on driving high quality inbound leads that convert into sales opportunities.
  • Manage all external marketing channels and their performance: SEM, email, re-targeting, third-party partnerships, etc.
  • Align with our in-house agency to scope and develop content, ad copy, as well as all creative assets to support all lead gen efforts.
  • Work with cross-functional teams across the entire organization to develop a robust, high-impact lead gen strategy.
  • Create, prioritize, and execute on a demand gen marketing roadmap across multiple channels.
  • Evaluate and advise on the use of new technologies, benchmarking trends, and competitor data to stay at the forefront of B2B demand gen.
  • Analyze all aspects of the marketing funnel and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Work closely with the sales and customer success teams to uncover areas of opportunity to drive growth and improvement across the customer lifecycle.
  • Design and implement growth hacking strategies to build-out our database, with focus on our ideal customer profile (ICP).
  • Execute on the marketing roadmap flawlessly – develop easy to read/access reports on daily/weekly/monthly channel performance, create a structured roadmap to communicate.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in B2B demand generation with detailed experience in paid B2B channels, automation, nurturing & conversion, and a track record of learning new channels quickly (bonus: SaaS experience).
  • Seasoned in developing marketing briefs, managing robust roadmaps, and you can develop workback schedules in your sleep.
  • Gifted in multitasking; can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Extremely process driven.
  • 2 years’ experience working with Marketo & Salesforce (Bonus: Salesloft and Lane4)
  • Meticulous attention to detail in execution and a self-starting mentality.
  • Excellent quantitative skills with a desire to analyze all channels, plus extensive Excel knowledge.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, fast-moving, scrappy startup environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • Polished presentation skills to seasoned executives.
  • Can easily develop end-to-end journey maps for any marketing campaign.
