Job Description:

Our client, a boutique media agency located downtown requires a Digital Supervisor to join their team. This is an integral position, responsible for the success of the media agency by delivering strategic digital plans and executing with excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding assigned client business drivers, target audience, and business KPI’s
  • Working closely with the account Lead/Director to ensure world class thinking, delivered in digital planning founded on data and analytics
  • Develop digital strategies, presenting plans and executing digital campaigns in market for a variety of clients. This will likely include both branding and performance campaigns working in conjunction with our programmatic trading desk and Ad Ops specialists when applicable. Assisting with the day to day management of clients, including responding to questions professionally and in a timely fashion
  • Contacting clients regularly to update them on the progress of our assignments and build understanding of their business
  • Providing accurate and timely reporting to our clients with insights, benchmarks and recommendations on next steps that connect back to the business drivers
  • Ensuring that the creative agencies are aware of deadlines and material specs in a timely manner
  • Working collaboratively with the creative agencies, media suppliers and our clients
  • Keeping on top of industry landscape, digital formats, and best practices. Including generating POV’s for our clients, creative agencies, and internal teams.
  • Keeping managers and directors informed by ensuring they are copied on all correspondence affecting the client
  • Demonstrating consistent excellence and professionalism in communication via emails, presentations as well as oral and written
  • Proactively making well informed recommendations to our clients for the betterment of their business
  • Ensuring that communication between yourself and other team members is respectful, professional and productive
  • Understand the reporting cadence for each client and LOB (Line of Business). Pull reports or look at performance in platforms based on the established cadence.
  • Ensuring that campaigns are well stewarded via an agreed upon cadence of optimizations and proactive communications to managers and clients on potential issues and opportunities
  • Accurate tracking of all optimizations for reporting and post campaign analysis
  • Stewardship of the client billing process including all aspects of budget tracking, MPA & PO management, and continuous accurate BCR management
  • Accurate execution of planned media budgets
  • Timely approval & reconciliation of media invoices
  • Ensuring digital channels are spending to budget per the planned and agreed upon pacing
  • Stewardship and oversight of all coordinator tasks for assigned clients
  • Attending industry update presentations
  • Meeting regularly with sales representatives to ensure we are well informed on all developments in the industry
  • Reading and searching out industry press/news to keep informed of ongoing changes
  • Seeking out information on emerging consumer trends or digital media
  • Google AdWords, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Campaign Manager, Ninjacat, etc.
  • Ensuring familiarity with pixels (and other forms of ad tracking), their implementation and testing to ensure they are working correctly.
  • Keeping certifications in Facebook, Google, etc. up to date
