Job Description:

Our client that specializes in digital device cleaning products requires a Bookkeeper to join their team. In this role you would be responsible for leading and performing all bookkeeping duties including: purchase order management, cash management, accounts receivables & payables management, collections, payroll, and bank account reconciliation. In addition, you will have some responsibility in the areas of general administration including billings, setup of new customers, and financial analysis and reporting. Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all payroll related tasks
  • Cash Management
  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Balancing books
  • Monthly reporting

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years in full cycle accounting in an office environment.
  • Excellent accounting & overall bookkeeping skills
  • Must have experience in the consumer products industry and/or physical inventory based business.
  • Comfortable working in fast-pace, start-up organization.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail is a must.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills required.
  • Dependable, adaptable, team player with the desire to improve and grow the company.
  • Must have good record keeping skills.
  • Must have strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office suite of products
