Job Description:

We are seeking a Sr. Administrative Assistant to join our client within Financial Services located downtown.


  • Provide general administrative support
  • Manage, process and organize a variety of information and documents including due diligence materials, closing documents, client reporting, capital calls, etc.
  • Coordinate the processing and execution of various legal documents related to acquisitions, loans, leases, etc.
  • Liase with various 3rd-parties
  • Prepare meeting materials, reports and presentations by gathering, proofing and modifying materials generated by multiple external and internal service providers
  • Coordinate various external and internal communication and meetings including corporate and social events
  • Manage calendars, travel, expenses, meetings, etc. for all members of the team
  • Ad hoc duties and projects as required


  • Minimum five years of administrative experience within financial or professional services including travel arrangements for multiple parties
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of discretion, judgement and common sense
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask and resolve problems in a timely manner
  • Quick learner; adaptable to a variety of situations
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products
