Job Description:

Our client, a boutique Fintech company located close to Yorkville requires a Marketing Coordinator to join their team. As part of the marketing team, you will be tasked with managing multiple projects at once, keeping things organized, and working closely with sales, dev and the rest of the team. You’ll execute programs to increase awareness and acquire new customers, drive engagement, and establish different businesses in markets across the globe

Responsibilities:

  • Support Marketing Lead to coordinate and execute against the company’s marketing strategy
  • Project manage and drive efficient execution – from creative brief to analytics
  • Manage emails – QA, deployment, analytics, reporting
  • Manage and update our marketing road map
  • Coordinate partnerships with influencers and track their performance
  • Leverage data to make decisions
  • Manage social media channels – content, creative, engagement, analytics
  • Support Sales to help drive success

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of marketing experience in a high-growth environment
  • Passion for data-driven marketing
  • Outstanding project management and communication skills
  • Experience with email marketing [automation, CRM platforms, and sales support software
  • Experience writing creative briefs and managing creative from brief to final output
  • Experience with multiple marketing channels (paid, social, etc.) with an eye for creative excellence preferred
  • Ability to balance an intense attention to detail with swift execution
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A self-starting attitude—ready to seize opportunities to make an impact without needing to be told
