Job Description:

Our client, an established, busy plaintiff personal injury law firm is seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable Licensed Paralegal to work on Accident Benefits, Tort and Personal Injury files. This position is to cover a one year maternity leave.


  • Candidates must be in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada
  • A minimum of three years’ experience working as a Licensed Paralegal working in the area of personal injury law
  • Must be able to run an Accident Benefits file from opening until closing
  • Ability to ascertain value of files, and ability to settle files
  • Superior knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure, LAT/SABS
  • Significant experience preparing for and attending arbitrations, LAT case conferences/hearings, EUOs


  • Licensed Paralegal with personal injury file experience
  • Superior organizational and task management skills
  • Effective writing and communication skills
  • Excellent client relation and interpersonal skills
  • Initiative and ability to work independently, and with minimal supervision
  • The desire to achieve, go above and beyond, and take ownership of their work
