Job Description:

Our client, a media production company located in the Port Lands requires an Administrative Assistant to join their team

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and meeting requests
  • Challenge and enable the President to focus on high leverage work through efficiently managing their tasks and calendars
  • Prepare and book all travel; managing all of the associated documentation
  • Meticulously manage expenses to ensure the finance team always have what they need
  • Build presentation decks for internal and external purposes, including meetings, presentations and speaking engagements
  • Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of the President team when needed
  • Act as a liaison both internally and externally, maintaining a sense of professionalism and collaboration at all times

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or high-growth environments
  • Calm, organized, and responsive
  • Professional and diplomatic
  • Highly proficient in the MS Office
  • A quick learner that can adapt to new systems or programs
  • Trustworthy and have incredible discretion and judgment when it comes to sensitive or confidential matters
