Job Description:

Our client, a commercial real estate brokerage located downtown requires a CRM Administrator to join their team. Supporting the brokers, this role requires someone with strong Salesforce experience and a keen interest in real estate.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand, analyze, and resolve usability and stability issues in Salesforce and Salesforce compatible extensions (e.g. Salesforce for Outlook plug-in)
  • Support the Salesforce.com CRM environment including; coordinating or conducting employee Salesforce training as required; employee transition/off-boarding, report and dashboard development and maintenance; running internal monthly and quarterly reports as required; maintaining email lists, executing administrative Salesforce tasks, and more
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all internal Salesforce users while resolving any outstanding questions and issues promptly and courteously
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Team to assist in producing mass email newsletters for various market reports
  • Follow established processes, procedures to ensure all items within Salesforce adhere to company Salesforce protocol
  • Provide recommendations for improvements as well as develop and monitor processes to ensure integrity of all CRM data
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all relevant support related processes and procedures
  • Perform Salesforce updates pertaining to technical standards, protocol, and support procedures as required
  • Participate in meetings, reporting on issues such as Salesforce activity reports, requests, protocol adherence, and escalations as required
  • Help manage, update, and replace exported Salesforce reports that have been distributed internally
  • Perform data imports from various internal and external databases as required
  • Respond to inquiries from vendors, staff and clients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide the Executive team / Work group leaders with Salesforce reports on a regular basis or via Salesforce analytic

Qualifications:

  • Thorough knowledge of Salesforce and Salesforce plug-in software, procedures, standards and principles
  • Experience with sales processes, lead capture, and prospecting flow
  • Basic knowledge of data integration methods and solutions
  • Proven analytical abilities as well as diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Must be able to work on multiple requests, adapt to rapid changes to meet any changing business needs
  • Strong communication skills and able to share changes and findings to a variety of teams in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintain knowledge of new and upcoming Salesforce software and/or data integration
  • A positive attitude and willingness for continuous learning of new technologies
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills with great problem analysis and problem-solving skills
  • A team player who can work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, and cope with changing priorities
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and great planning, organizing and time management skills
  • Professional and conscientious; ability to work with and maintain confidential information
  • Minimum of 2 years CRM data management experience preferably in the commercial real estate industry
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office applications – Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Internet Explorer
  • A Degree/Diploma in business, computing, data management or other related education
