Job Description:

Our client, a professional services company located in North York requires an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. Must be available to start ASAP.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to multiple partners and staff within the office.
Preparing presentations, proposals, reports and other correspondence related to client service items and internal communications.
Administration of various corporate and personal tax returns.
Client interaction to support information requests and follow-ups.
Other administrative duties as required; including photocopying, filing, mailing/courier, and providing assistance to other administrative staff

Qualifications:

Three years of experience in an administrative capacity within professional services.
Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks while dealing with confidential information.
Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
Highly proficient with MS Office suite.
