| POSITION: Sales Administrative Assistant |

| Our client located in Mississauga is seeking the aforementioned to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales department. Duties include: general clerical, main receptionist, accounts payable and sales support.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Coordinate and distribute sales information to field personnel such as leads, quotes, advertising and notices Accounts payable support Reception and general office functions Ideally, the successful candidate will have two years of administrative experience combined with experience within marketing and customer service. A sales and marketing background is considered a great asset. Candidates must have solid interpersonal skills, strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook), excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in addition to strong organizational skills. |
