| POSITION: Jr. Business Analyst |

| Our downtown client, an investment firm is seeking a Jr. Business Analyst with Broadbridge experience to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Responsibilities: • Broadridge Liaison • Documented process for all new and existing development requests • Attend external and internal meetings • Meet with all stakeholders to document and prioritize new development requirements • Coordinate testing of all software releases prior to deployment to production • Enters system related issues into Dataphile • Liaises with development and IT on new initiatives Requirements: • Minimum two years experience at a brokerage firm in the vendor support area (preferably Broadridge/Dataphile) • Strong analytical skills with an understanding of how performance calculations work and the ability to document findings/solutions • Team player, multi-tasker • Excellent communication skills • Post secondary education in mathematics/analyses |
