| Bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Representatives needed for a financial services company located in Markham. Working out of our client’s head office, you will work to strengthen the relationship with customers and reinforce loyalty by ensuring all customer complaints and inquiries are handled in a professional and satisfactory manner. Candidates will be trained on client products enabling them to compile all of the information needed to respond to customer inquiries. Candidate must be accountable and take ownership of each case while liaising with internal and external parties. Pleasant phone manner, negotiation skills and ability to handle challenging situations is a must. Advanced Microsoft Word and excel skills required. Post secondary education an asset. Rotating shift hours Monday thru Friday - MUST HAVE GOOD CREDIT. |
