We have an extensive database that enables us to fill any position in short order. All applicants are interviewed and reference checked to ensure that TDS temporary staff have positive attitudes, work ethic and adaptability. TDS Temporary division is responsible for all payroll expenses ie. EI, CPP, EHT, Liability Insurance, Vacation Pay and WSIB as well as preparation of T4 slips and record of employment, so you don’t have to worry about it.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
If a TDS employee leaves or is discharged within the applicable guarantee period , we will provide a replacement candidate at no additional charge. If we are unable to provide a suitable candidate we will credit your account 50% of the invoice amount to be applied to future permanent recruiting services.
** TDS must receive written notice of termination within 10 days for the guarantee to take effect. This guarantee is only available to those clients whose invoices have been paid within the agreed 15 days.
